About the Free Items:
Since our free products are in limited supply and are an additional discount item, these free products cannot participate in the free shipping policy. We recommend that you be able to separate free and normal products so that you can buy products that can guarantee free shipping when the total order amount is >49 USD.
How long does it take to receive my order?
For international orders, Air logistics from receiving our goods to delivering to you within 12-30 business days via USPS, DHL, or FedEx International. We are not responsible for duty & taxes incurred in the destination country.
Generally speaking, we need to spend 2~4 working days to process and ship your order. It is expected that the goods will be received within 12~25 days after our delivery (VIP order is generally 8~15 days to receive the goods)
DIY orders will take more additional 1~2 working days for production.
We support free shipping on orders over $49 USD(Except for free products), and we also support Fast delivery with a shipping cost of 25~30 dollars.

Where is my order coming from?
All orders ship from our distribution center in Hong Kong WareHouse.
Where can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Simply click on "TRACKING MY ORDER" and you will be taken to the tracking page.
My package has been marked as delivered but I haven't received it. Can you please reship?
Unfortunately, that is not something we can assist with. If a package has been marked as delivered by the postal carrier, we are not able to issue a replacement unless the shipment is being returned to us. We suggest getting in touch with the postal service directly.
Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes, except the following OFAC countries: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.
