Returns Policy

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@royalwaxseals.com.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@royalwaxseals.com for a return address.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

What is your return policy?
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want our customers to be nothing short of satisfied. We make it a priority to take care of our customers and exceed their expectations.

  • Returns are applied to the same payment method of the purchase.
  • Shipped Out items cannot be returned.


What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be canceled as long as they haven't been picked & packed or shipped. If your order has already been processed, we will not be able to cancel it for you. You will need to return it for a refund and pay a 20%~25% cancellation fee.

Please note that DIY orders have already consumed manpower and production resources. In principle, we do not support returns. If you insist on canceling the order, we have to charge 50% of the order amount to ensure that we reduce additional losses. Thank you for your support!


Who pays the shipping return fees?
You must send back the unwanted product(s) at your own expense. We recommend shipping your piece(s) back via FedEx/UPS not USPS.

How do I initiate a return?
Simply send us a quick message letting us know to expect your return and we'll take care of the rest for you.

When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be issued back to your card the day we receive your return.

What if the item has been used?
All returned items must be in a perfect resalable condition. If the returned item is deemed to not be in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Eg: writing on the packaging, opened diamonds bags, pasted diamonds, etc

Is there a time limit?
Yes, you must initiate your return no later than 15 days after receiving your order.
Are there restocking fees?
No.
